this is from ren and stimpy. i dont know if some of you guys know this show but it was the grossiest and funniest crap i've ever seen on tv. i used to watch this on nickelodeon in the early 90's as a kid 
i believe it influenced my "sick mind" XD. its not considered a kid's cartoon anymore now but if i ever have kids..i'll defiantly show them this XD. this is stimpy trying to give "birth" to another stinky fart, from the episode. "son of stimpy"
